Two Arrests, Zero Subtlety
Farmington’s official tally from September 4, 2025, reads like a script pitched to a bad Netflix pilot: petty theft and a side of drug paraphernalia. Police say both suspects posted bond, proving once again that the true American pastime is not baseball but bail.
The New Britain Avenue Heist
At 6:37 p.m. on September 4, officers arrested Arianna Elisa Delgado, age 20, of Hillhurst Avenue, New BritainFriday (2).
- Charges: Larceny in the 3rd Degree and Conspiracy to Commit the same offense.
- Bond: A tidy $10,000 surety.
- Remarks: A warrant arrest. Translation: cops had her number before she even picked up her phone. Delgado posted bond, which is impressive for someone who allegedly thought larceny was a savings strategy.
The Farmington Avenue Shuffle
Earlier that same day at 11:43 a.m., Robert Boiano, age 39, of Waterbury, was nabbed on Farmington AvenueFriday (2).
- Charges: Use of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance (first offense), and failure to drive in the proper lane.
- Bond: Another neat $10,000, nonsurety this time.
- Remarks: Officers found him allegedly with paraphernalia in one hand and poor driving skills in the other. Bond posted, car towed, dignity unaccounted for.
