  • Age: 34
  • Date/Time of Arrest: August 1 at 11:00 a.m.
  • Where: 319 New Britain Ave
  • Charges:
    • Failure to Drive on Right (14-230(a))
    • DUI (14-227a)
  • Bond: $2,500 Nonsurety (Pre-CISS)
  • Notes: Arrested on warrant. The name alone raises questions the police report couldn’t answer.

🧾 Retail Reckoning: The Eastern Street Outlaw

  • Name: William Miguel Ramirez
  • Age: 41
  • Date/Time of Arrest: August 1 at 1:03 p.m.
  • Where: 319 New Britain Ave
  • Charge:
    • Larceny 6th Degree (53a-125b)
