“We got him twice, just to be sure,” says local enforcement
A Hartford resident was arrested not once, but twice on Monday, suggesting that Farmington Police have finally embraced the old technology principle: “Have you tried turning it off and on again?”
Bryant D. Serrano, 26, of 19 Bonner Street in Hartford, was taken into custody at 101 Lafayette Street on October 27, 2025, at 11:24 a.m., and then again at 12:10 p.m.—apparently to confirm the first time was real. Charges included Criminal Trespass in the 3rd Degree, Criminal Mischief in the 3rd Degree, and Larceny in the 3rd Degree, according to arrest logs from the Farmington Police Department.
Serrano posted a $40,000 surety bond and is scheduled to appear in court on November 12, 2025.
A Note on Justice: All individuals arrested are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
