Same House, Same Night, Same Charges—Different People
It was a textbook Wednesday night in Farmington—birds chirping, the sun setting, and police arresting both occupants of 512 Plainville Avenue within minutes of each other. If you’ve ever wondered what happens when protective orders become more of a suggestion than a rule, wonder no more.
On July 30, the Farmington Police Department responded to what we assume was a well-known address by now and arrested two individuals involved in what can only be described as a romantic comedy rewritten by Kafka and directed by Law & Order.
Let’s meet the cast.
🎭 Julieta Montalvo: Peace? Never Heard of It
Time of Arrest: 7:05 PM
Arrest Location: 271 Scott Swamp Rd
Age: 34
Court Date: July 31, 2025
Address: 512 Plainville Ave
Charges:
- 53a-223 – Violation of Protective Order
- 53a-222a – Violation of Conditions of Release (2nd Degree)
- 53a-181 – Breach of Peace (2nd Degree)
- 53-21 – Risk of Injury to Child (Two Counts)
Remarks:
Montalvo was arrested in connection with a domestic violence incident. Bond was posted. Bonus twist? She was picked up at a different location, possibly as part of a covert suburban strategy to appear elsewhere and still get caught. Bold.
👊 Armando Zapotitlan: Arrested Before It Was Cool
Time of Arrest: 7:00 PM
Arrest Location: 512 Plainville Ave
Age: 34
Court Date: July 31, 2025
Address: 512 Plainville Ave
Charges:
- 53a-223 – Violation of Protective Order
- 53a-222a – Violation of Conditions of Release (2nd Degree)
- 53a-61 – Assault (3rd Degree)
Remarks:
Zapotitlan, arrested for domestic violence, also made bond. Not to be outdone by his housemate, he allegedly stacked up his own violations and threw in an assault charge just to round out the felony bingo card.
